We ensure that staff members are fully trained in First Aid and CPR, possess a Class 4 driver’s license, and have had a recent criminal record check. The Hands On Summer Camp is committed to hiring students when possible. All of the staff members have extensive backgrounds working with children and aim to have a career in education, counselling, or paediatric care. The experiences our staff members gain from the camp often propel them into future careers, and provide valuable perspectives in public service & support, organization and group leadership.
